Stud.io integration is reported, not officially confirmed
BrickLink Studio exists as an official LEGO digital building application. Paradox has not yet published an official LEGO Skylines feature page that confirms a Studio import button, supported file type, account link, or launch availability.
What is BrickLink Studio?
BrickLink Studio—often written Stud.io—is LEGO's desktop software for designing digital LEGO models, rendering creations, and working with brick inventories. That product definition is official. Its relationship to LEGO Skylines is the unconfirmed part.
Where the integration expectation comes from
Media and community discussion have connected Studio with custom-building possibilities. Those reports are useful leads and search demand, but they are not a substitute for documentation from Paradox, Iceflake, LEGO, or BrickLink.
What integration could mean—and what it does not prove
Possible interpretations include importing a building, exporting a design, browsing curated creations, or using Studio-like tools inside the game. These are scenarios, not promises. File formats, brick compatibility, scale conversion, validation, performance limits, and moderation remain unknown.
Studio Gallery and shareable creations
Studio has its own creation ecosystem, but no automatic connection to a LEGO Skylines gallery is confirmed. Saving locally, sharing through BrickLink, and distributing through a game platform are separate workflows.
Stud.io versus Steam Workshop
Studio would be a creation tool; Steam Workshop would be a distribution surface. A model could theoretically involve both, either, or neither. No official pipeline has been announced.
Would Studio work on consoles?
Studio is a desktop application, while LEGO Skylines is announced for PC and consoles. No cross-platform import, cloud library, console browser, or account-linking system is confirmed.
