What has been reported

Reporting has connected LEGO Skylines with user-created content and Workshop-style distribution. Paradox has not publicly defined the supported content, launch timing, creator tools, moderation, or platform coverage.

Steam Workshop is not the same as “mods”

Workshop is a distribution system. It can host maps, buildings, assets, configurations, or code modifications depending on a game's implementation. Without an official content-type list, “Workshop support” would not prove unrestricted modding.

Steam Workshop is not Stud.io

BrickLink Studio is a LEGO design tool. Workshop is a Steam distribution surface. An official integration could connect them, use only one, or use a separate Paradox/LEGO service. The pipeline is unknown.

Custom buildings and user-generated content
