Full PC requirements are not published
Steam currently requires a 64-bit processor and operating system, but the useful hardware fields remain empty. Paradox's FAQ says recommended requirements are coming soon. Any detailed spec list elsewhere should be treated cautiously unless it points to an updated official store page.

The intentionally blank fields are not missing research. Official hardware targets have not been supplied.
Can my PC run LEGO Skylines?
There is not enough official information to compare your hardware reliably. Avoid treating Cities: Skylines or another Iceflake game as a proxy: different engines, art pipelines, simulation loads, and optimization targets can produce very different requirements.
The safest action is to wishlist the game and wait for Steam's minimum and recommended tables to populate.
Steam Deck and handheld PC support
No Steam Deck verification, compatibility rating, performance target, or handheld preset has been announced. A Steam release alone does not establish good handheld performance.
When this page will update
We will update the tables when Steam or Paradox publishes CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, operating-system, or handheld details. Each revision will retain a checked date so old estimates do not linger as facts.
